Additional Services:

Lush Pawdicure - Your pet's paws will be gently washed with warm water & dried with fresh, warm towel. Clip & Scissor excess hair, nails cut and filed. Treatment will be finished with our antiviral paw balm for prolonged softnes and comfort.
Hemp Oil & Warm Towl Wrap to help relief anxiety. Ideally this would be added to a groom but could be used as stand alone service. We will carefully spray a towel with our theurapeutic Dog Friendly Hemp Oil and wrap your pooch with the towel fro few minutes. This will allow the oil to be absorbed through their coat & skin and would promote relaxation & reduce anxiety. Not suitable for pups under 6 months.

We Understand the different type of coats in Cockapoo and we put this short guide for you:

The specific type of fur depends on the genetics inherited from the Poodle and Cocker Spaniel parents.

Tight Curly Coat : Similar to a Poodle's, this coat consists of tightly curled hair and is low shedding.
Loose Wavy/Ringlet Coat: This coat has a loose, wavy texture or defined ringlets.

How Do I book an appointment

We would be chuffed to welcome you and your beloved pet in our salon. We operate Appointments Only system.

Please call 01933588021 or WhatsApp me on 07913804021 to tell us what is the best day and time that suites you for a visit. We can discuss your pet's needs over the phone and we can proceed with your booking. If you feel you need to pop around, have a look at the salon and meet us Face to Face, we would love to offer you our Free of charge Meet & Greet Appointment, which will last approximately 15-20 min. Please do not forget to bring your pet with you, after all its all about them. All appointments are subject to £15 deposit fee, including your FREE Meet & Greet Visit. If you come for a chat and you decided you would not wish to proceed, we will issue full refund there and then. If Deposit fee is not paid within 24 hours from the time of the booking, this will automatically terminate your reservation and you would need to contact us again, to arrange new slot. Our services are in high demand so we cannot hold those slots for more than 24 hours unfortunately.

How much your services cost?

Our prices vary depending on the service you require, your pet’s breed, size, coat condition and behaviour. Therefore without having this information we would not be able to give you an accurate price. Please get in touch and we will address yours and your beloved pet’s needs, we will design bespoke service to cover the requirements and a reasonable price to ensure you are not out of pocket for the rest of the month. All prices quoted are based on regular schedules such as:

Curly coated dogs 6-8 weeks between Grooming

Straight & Double Coated dog 6,8 or 10 weeks Between Grooming

Short Coated dogs - 8,10 or 12 weeks.

If you ask for longer gaps between grooms, this will add £10 extra per each week added. In cases where dogs are badly matted extra fee will be payable.

What to do if I have a concern or a reason to complain?

Please email us, stating in detail, what is your concern or what are you not happy about. We will review this as soon as possible, and would endevour to get back in toch but no later that 14 days from the date, we have received your email.
